Most healing work is good work. And yet so many of us keep circling in loops despite years of effort.
It's not the practices that fail. It's the approach beneath them.
Most modalities work on you. A practitioner sets an intention, then facilitates insight, release, or relaxation. I've done it myself – and it's powerful. But what moves from the outside often needs the outside to maintain it. When the practitioner's gone and real life resumes, the effect can fade because it was never fully yours to hold.
The other gap is rhythm. A single session opens a door. Without regular attendance and self-responsibility, it slowly closes again. Transformation isn’t an event. It's a relationship with yourself.

In Grounded Flight sessions nothing is done to you. I don’t set intentions into your field, activate anything in your system, or move what isn’t yours to move.
I hold space without manipulating the energy or field – full presence, zero agenda, unconditional witnessing – and your own life force takes the lead.
What releases, releases because it was ready to go. What opens, opens because you were ready to receive it. Your system leads. I follow what's actually true in the moment.
This matters because what moves from the inside holds from the inside. You’re not leaving with a shift I created for you – you’re leaving with a shift that was already yours, finally given room to land.

Energy work doesn't operate on that timeline yet and I won't pretend it does.
You're not yet ready to look honestly at what's yours to see. This work asks for a particular kind of courage – not bravado, just willingness. Without it, the space can't do what it's here to do.

How do sessions work online?
The session works just as effectively online because the session isn't based on physical touch. We meet over video, creating a quiet space where you can be fully present without leaving your own home. All you need is a stable internet connection, headphones if you prefer them, and somewhere you won't be interrupted.
What if I don't feel energy?
You don't need to. Some people experience sensations or emotions. Others simply notice a deep sense of calm, clarity or relief. Every system communicates differently, and none of those experiences are more "correct" than another. This work isn't about chasing sensations – it's about allowing whatever is genuinely ready to move.
Can one session really make a difference?
Yes. One session can create a meaningful shift. Sometimes that's all that's needed. Sometimes it opens the next layer of your journey. Transformation isn't measured by how dramatic a session feels, but by what begins changing in your life afterwards.
Do I need experience with meditation?
Not necessarily. You don't need to know how to meditate, clear your mind or "do it right." Your only job is to be willing to be present with whatever arises.
Can this replace therapy?
No. Grounded Flight isn't therapy, medical treatment or a replacement for professional mental health care.
Many people find it complements therapy beautifully because it works with parts of the system that words alone don't always reach.
Grounded Flight is what happens when you stop choosing between being rooted and being free. When your mind, emotions, body and energy move together – you return to your own balance.
Flight isn't the opposite of being grounded. It's what becomes possible because you are.
Grounded enough to stay true to yourself.
Free enough to express all of yourself.

For most of my life I lived almost entirely in my head and a flow I thought was mine. Always working and then – partying. Completely disconnected from my body, emotions, energy. I didn't know it then. That's how disconnection works.
But my health made me pause.
What followed was the most terrifying and expansive journey of my life – from medicine to mysticism, from relentless doing to deep listening, through long shadows and many illusions. Across several continents and countless teachers and specialists.
I learned a great deal. I learned even more about discernment.
Slowly, I found my way back to myself. To what I now call Grounded Flight.
Along the way I discovered I'm clairsentient – I can sense where energy is asking to move and support that process through presence. And so can you – often in ways you don't see coming.
You are your own guru. Always.
What I offer isn't answers. It's a space where your own truth becomes easier to hear. An invitation back to yourself. Back to your own Grounded Flight.
Something always moves.
Sometimes you'll feel it immediately. Sometimes the shift becomes clear only days later as life begins responding differently.
